Braking Performance:

Compared with inflatable tires of the same specifications, solid tires have poor adhesion performance. Therefore, the braking force of the forklift with solid tires is smaller than that of the forklift with inflatable tires of the same specifications. At the same time, the weight of polyurethane forklift solid tires is larger than that of inflatable tires of the same specifications. Therefore, under the same initial braking speed, the deceleration of tire forklift with solid tires is smaller and the braking distance is longer. Therefore, in the same specification, the braking system of a tire forklift with solid tires may be weaker.

Power Performance: 
The entire cross-section of a solid tire is composed of rubber and cord fabrics with different formulas. Its internal friction loss must be greater than that of inflatable tires. Moreover, the static stiffness of solid tires is smaller than that of inflatable tires, and its deformation is also larger when rolling. Therefore, the rolling resistance is higher. Due to its larger weight compared to inflatable tires of the same specification, its acceleration resistance and slope resistance are also greater.

Traction Performance: 
With the same tire specifications, inflatable tires are larger in size than solid tires, so they can increase the ground clearance of forklifts.
